What I Can Do For You
I am an experienced litigator who focuses on helping parents with the needs of their family. I represent low income parents and their children involvved in the child welfare system. I also counsel families regarding education law and work to ensure that their children receive an appropriate education. This includes fighting for parents who believe their child is eligible for an Individualized Education Plan (“IEP”) and advocating for accomodations needed to help the child progress with their schooling.
I can use this breadth of experience to help you with your legal concerns.
