Admissions

I am licensed to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.  I am also admitted to the following federal courts:  the United States District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey; and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York; the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

What I Can Do For You

I am an experienced litigator who has represented the injured in lawsuits against negligent corporations, victims of discrimination in lawsuits against their employers, and people going through a divorce or struggling with family law issues.  I can use this breadth of experience to help you with your legal concerns.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants over the years, I have a unique insight into how to craft an effective strategy for trial or otherwise get you the best possible outcome.

My Background

I have worked at law firms in New York City, Boston, and Providence.  I graduated from Syracuse Law School, magna cum laude, where I served as an editor of the Syracuse Law Review and was admitted to the honor society of the Order of  the Coif.  I graduated with honors from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
